It is photo shoots like this one that make me realize I have the best job in the world!!! Although this Mom-to-be and I had never officially met before, I already felt like I knew her as her sister-in-law is one of my dearest friends. She was stunningly beautiful and was a dream to photograph! She was only going to be in town for one day before they moved from the sunshine state to the golden state...yep, all the way to California! Thanks for letting me capture this special time in your life and you guys will certainly be missed...

Last week I met the most wonderful family at a local park and they were such a joy to photograph! Most of the time my favorite shots are the "shots between the shots" and this time was no exception. Last weekend I had the honor to photograph a beautiful bridal shower given by the bride-to-be's closest girlfriends. It was held at the amazing Epping Forrest Yacht Club and oh, how I loved all of the details...including a photo-booth style bench with fun props!!! Love it!!! Best wishes to the bride-to-be!

Sometimes we get so busy snapping pictures of our families or our friends that when we need a picture of just ourselves, the choices are slim. Let's solve that! Please join me for a portrait party August 19th, 20th and 21st where it's all about you.

Enjoy snacks and wine...bring your friends and RELAX...you deserve it! You will have a mini photo-shoot and receive 2 edited images emailed to you within one week. Each photo-shoot will only take about 10 min or less (I guess that depends on how much wine you drink...lol).

Also, if you choose to book a full session for a future date at the party then your Portrait Party fee will be waived! This is the perfect time to reserve your Christmas picture sessions!!!

There are 3 sign up sessions, you can drop in any time during the session you choose. The party will be held at my home & I'll send you directions when you reserve your session time. The cost is $25 per person.

Loving the Belly!!!-Jacksonville Maternity Photographer

Tis the season of the baby belly! God bless these women who have to suffer through this heat and humidity while being 9 months pregnant!!! The B family had to brave some serious weather for this session but they were perfect...including their little man (who you might recognize from here). Congratulations and can't wait to meet Miss A in 2 weeks!

New Life-Jacksonville Maternity Photographer

Let me start by saying that I normally do not photograph weddings. It is a little more stress than I can handle...and besides, I tend to enjoy being around kids more than adults, lol! But when JJ called me and explained that this would not be the typical wedding extravaganza, it definitely got my attention. A small, stress-free ceremony followed by a trip down the St. John's River in a beautiful sailboat. Honestly, after attending this event, it is exactly how I would do it (maybe come vow-renewal time). Focusing on each other, not the insanity of the wedding day but the meaning in itself.
They are an amazing couple and will be awesome parents to Miss Lilly when she arrives!


We did a few maternity shots before the ceremony & I posted more photos than I typically do but I couldn't decide which ones were my favorite!!!
